(I have done about 15 of them, over the course of 3 years) Essentially making it hard to save due to them keeping all the close planets locked down of debris etc. Looking for when your fleet LEAVES your planet, and when the debris is picked up. Calculating when the fleet lands and comes back, which can be attained through scanning you, finding your combustion tech, and adjusting appropriately. takes way to long and most instances is a waste of deut, and I suggest STRONGLY against trying it)īoth of these can be taken with a double blind Ī double blind is specifically knowing the moon in which the fleet is sent from and the debris field that the fleet recyclers land on. (I have done 2-3, I am not going to explain it. You should send your recyclers to several different systems and planets (never the same one) That way your routine is hard to figure out, at least once or twice a bi-weekly/monthly basis get up at weird ass hours (more often to make it harder) so you can't be set up for a triple blind. You have explained a portion of how to do a double blind*. You accomplish this by sending to a designated destination (any debris field from a moon will do, or moon to moon) you send a recyclers (usually 2x before and 2x after, and vary those numbers, so they have a much higher calculation chance of not landing seconds after your fleet) using a DOUBLE BLIND, method system. ![]() The best way (assuming you can AND will be on for 10-15 minutes, before and/or after your fleet is sent and lands) is a 'multi-fleet' save. Moon to Debris: You have described it essentially watch debris fields, use math from latest activities, and boom, calculated The reverse deploy crash, where you deploy your fleet, recall if they are going to hit you, duh, which they have to time your return (since the phalanx is no good on returns = higher difficulty) That is a 'basic' fleet save, that is the safest way to fleet save till you have a moon. (deterrents as they can be called, such as defense, fleetsaving, 'multi-saving', and sizing) There are ways to increase your chances of not getting crashed, and that is about it. I can give more information if needed.Īlright, so, there is literally no 'safe' fleet save. If it is supposedly undetectable, how then might have this person attacked me so accurately? My best thought is if they worked out my tech levels, did flight time simulators as to what length of time I might have launched the fleet, and made their best (and incredibly lucky) guess. It is even listed here in the ogame wiki : Is this method of fleet saving detectable from a phalanx? Or detectable via some other means? I had another person attack me and land a few seconds after my fleet landed, just like an attack that would be done by a phalanx. I've been using the moon to debris field on accounts for quite a while and it has never gotten me into trouble with someone who has a phalanx until today (Normally I would lose a resource fleet due to negligence rather than having someone attack just as I land on my destination). I was using the moon to debris field and back fleet save as this particular account only has one moon so far. Recently I was attacked using what I thought was an undetectable fleet save. I have a quick question regarding safe fleet saves and what is detectable or not.
